Design work has been carried out by TEAM Project Architecture for the arhitectural and landscape areas of the villa located in the Nilüfer region of Bursa.

Due to the architectural planing and the slope of the land, living and landscpaing areas has been created at different levels. The circulation traces connecting these areas also reveal the building from different angles with deifferent heights and different masses. Interior planing divides into different masses. Between the masses, a vertical unity is achieved with monochrome materials and with wooden eaves detail.

The Main car and pedestrian entrance provided from the lower elevation of the land allow the exit from upper level thanks to the road around the building. Due to the planing trail, the pool and lanscape area are surrounded by the building as L.
